Drywall Cracks and Foundation Concerns to Fix Before You Paint Your Arvada Home

Q7: What about walls and floors, what foundation related maintenance should we do
pre-painting?

Inspect your foundation and drywall for cracks or separation.
Diagonal cracks from electrical sockets, windows, and
doors indicate foundation settlement and mean you should
call me to come check your foundation.

Drywall cracks that reappear seasonally are also an indicator of foundation problems.
